Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs.
Access to purchased digital products and online content will be made available via your account upon confirmation of payment where applicable.
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of any physical product within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@melofonetica.com within 14 days of receipt. The following conditions apply:
The product must be returned in its original, unread, and undamaged condition.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Your refund will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the product.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product shows signs of use or damage.
If you are based outside the European Union, we do not offer returns or refunds on physical products unless the item arrives damaged or defective (see below).
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@melofonetica.com within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or refund. This applies to all customers, regardless of location.
Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds on digital products, course access, or downloadable content once it has been accessed or downloaded.
We offer free content including but not limited to blog articles, podcast episodes, and live or recorded webinars (collectively, "Free Content"). You are welcome to share links to Free Content on social media, and/or to embed it where we expressly enable embedding.
Access to Free Content is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, re-upload, broadcast, or repurpose any Free Content — in whole or in part — without our prior written permission.
We reserve the right to modify or remove any Free Content at any time without notice.
When you register for and attend a live webinar:
Sessions may be recorded by Melofonetica and made available for purchase or free viewing. You may choose to attend with your camera and/or microphone switched off. If you participate with your camera and/or microphone on, you consent to your image and/or questions and/or comments and/or voice appearing in any recording, including recordings that are subsequently made available for purchase or free viewing.
We reserve the right to remove participants who behave disruptively or in violation of these Terms.
When you access a recorded webinar:
Recordings are provided for your personal viewing only.
You may not share, redistribute, or re-upload recordings in any form.
All content on the Site — including blog articles, podcast episodes, webinar recordings, instructional materials, text, images, logos, and audio content relating to the Melofonetica Method — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly perform, or create derivative works from any of our content without our express written permission. Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use that product for your own private study and training only.
Some educational institutions hold a separate institutional licence to use our content for teaching purposes. If you are accessing our content under such a licence, the terms of that agreement apply in addition to these Terms. All content on the Site — including blog posts, podcasts, webinars, and paid courses — is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
