By enrolling in this course, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Minimum age
Participants must be aged 18 or over.

2. Course access and content
Access to the digital learning material is provided via the Melofonetica online learning platform for 12 months from the date of purchase. The course content and materials are protected by copyright and are the intellectual property of Melofonetica. The course materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without express written consent from Melofonetica.

3. Cancellations and refunds
A full refund will be given for cancellations made within 14 days of purchase, providing that the online content has not been accessed. Where the online content has been accessed and a participant wishes to withdraw from the programme, a partial discretionary refund may be given if Melofonetica is notified within 14 days of purchase.

4. Privacy
At Melofonetica, we are committed to protecting your information. We take the necessary steps to ensure that your information is safeguarded and kept in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We will keep participants’ personal information on a database held only by us for the purposes of our own administration. Our Privacy Policy is available to view on our website and provides more information on how we use the personal information we collect about you. You may request a copy of the information we hold about you at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

5. Photos, videos, audio recordings and quotes
It is normal practice for us to take photos and/or videos and/or audio recordings during our courses. We may use some of these in our publicity including promotional materials, website, email and social media channels. If you prefer not to appear in any photos, videos or audio recordings, please let us know in advance.

You may be able to record the teaching/coaching sessions held during our courses provided that the recordings are for your own personal use, won’t be reproduced for any purpose other than your own study and that you have the prior permission of any other participant and/or member of staff you are recording.

6. Course information
Melofonetica endeavours to keep all course information correct and up-to-date. However, we reserve the right to modify the course content, tutor(s) and/or terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.

7. Liability
This course is provided "as is" and we make no warranties or representations about its accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any purpose. The participant takes full responsibility for any losses or damages arising from the use of the course.

8. Conduct
We expect and hope that all participants will have an enjoyable experience and will make every effort to show respect at all times to fellow participants and coaches. Melofonetica reserves the right to remove access to the course and online content if any of the terms of this agreement are violated.

9. Assistance
If a participant needs assistance or has any cause for concern or complaint about any aspect of the session(s) attended they should contact a member of the Melofonetica team and we will do our best to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

10. Force Majeure
Melofonetica is not liable in the event where it is unable to fulfil any service to which it is contractually bound because of fire, natural disaster, acts of government, failure of suppliers or subcontractors, labour disputes or other reasons which are outside its control.

11. Law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law.
